Plain English, matching what the pricing page promises: billing on day 15, one-click cancellation, and software that estimates rather than advises.

What the terms have to cover

Each of these is already promised somewhere on the site, so the terms have to agree with the marketing rather than quietly contradict it.

  • Trial and billing. 14 days free, first charge on day 15, $240 per year or $24 per month. A reminder email on day 11 and again three days before the trial ends.
  • Cancellation. One click, in the app, no questions asked, effective at the end of the paid period.
  • What unlimited means. No cap on entities, accounts, transactions or years of history, and no feature held behind an upgrade.
  • Acceptable use and termination. Grounds for suspending an account, and what happens to the data if that occurs.
  • Not professional advice. The limitation below, which also appears in the footer of every page.
  • Liability and warranty. Standard limitations, drafted to survive a consumer-protection reading rather than copied from a B2B SaaS template.

OPEN-03Which entity name, state of incorporation and registered address go on the terms?

OPEN-03Which payment processor, and does it or Perpetory act as merchant of record?

This decides who owes the customer a refund and whose name appears on a card statement.

OPEN-03Refund position on an annual plan cancelled mid-term?

“No pro-rata refund, cancel before renewal” is normal and fine. It has to be stated, not implied.
